Our wines

The grapes in our wines are 100% Oklahoma grown. We partner with family-owned vineyards to turn quality grapes into award-winning, food-friendly wines. No kits, no fruit bombs, just traditional time-tested winemaking processes.  Sabatia wines are best shared with family and friends around the dinner table.  Of course, we understand if you want to keep it all to yourself.  

2022 Chambourcin

Aged in American oak barrels.  Medium body, medium tannins.  Aromas of dark cherry, leather, and tobacco.   100% Oklahoma grown.

Notes of dark cherry, black pepper, vanilla, and clove. Aged in American oak barrels.  Medium body, dry finish, and firm tannins. 100% Oklahoma grown.

2023 Seyval Banc

This surprising beauty will make you smile. Delicately fruity with balanced acidity, and minerality. Golden apple, ripe mango, and citrus.  Serve chilled. 100% Oklahoma grown

2022 Rose'

Food friendly French-style rose with light body, dry finish, and crisp acidity. Lightly oaked with subtle cherry notes. 100% Oklahoma grown.

2022 Prairie Hills

60/40 blend of Oklahoma grown Traminette and Vignoles. Floral, apricot, and honey. Lightly sweet with a medium body.
